The piece »the other side« tells the story of two beings moving towards each other. Covering their faces, they try to recognise each other through touch. They touch each other - unity, then difference. Through movement and sounds, a communication emerges that seeks, reacts, mirrors, loses.
The piece establishes an inner dialogue that is about the different levels of being in contact. It asks how metaphysical connections are made and sensed and where we are now as humanity: How we can be in contact without contact, how we can find commonality in difference and on which level touch can arise.
