Overrun by the pandemic and separated from their friends, Jakob and Simon take a new path. The absence of their European friends, the fear of infecting each other, and the rise of right-wing anti-corona movements now merge into an essence that binds all evil together: The toxicity of togetherness.
On the threshold of post-dramatic acting, narrative theatre and dance, »Happy Vineyards« becomes a melancholic swan song, full of pain and vulnerability. Together, the performers work through their theatrical experiences, celebrating the theatrical performance situation while simultaneously giving it the finger.
